Premium Afghan Saffron – Pure Red Gold

Four Decades, One Promise

Our family's journey began in 1985. What started as a small trade built on trust slowly became our life's work.

For more than four decades, one rule has never changed: we only sell what we would serve to our own family.

Today, Safi Brothers Trading brings that same heritage to Qatar — online at safibrother.com and at our shop in Ezdan Oasis, Al Wukair.

Afghan Saffron

Our saffron comes from Afghanistan, where saffron flowers are picked by hand and each delicate red thread is carefully collected.

The result is saffron with deep red threads, a strong golden colour in your food and a warm, rich aroma.

• A little goes a long way — only a few threads are needed.
