The terms

1. Products

   We sell natural honey, dry fruits, saffron and related food products. We try to show every product, photo, size and price accurately. Photos are for illustration and the packaging may change slightly. Our products are food products, not medicines.

2. Prices

   All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

   After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing mistake, or if the order details cannot be confirmed. If you already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

   You can pay cash on delivery. When online payment is available, card payments are processed securely by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

   Delivery is free across Qatar. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

   You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it and get your money back, as explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Your information

   Please give us a correct name, phone number and delivery address. We use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Website use

   All content on this website (text, photos, logo and designs) belongs to Safi Brothers Trading and may not be copied without our permission. You agree not to misuse the website.

9. Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

10. Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
