How to Enjoy It

• Cut the comb away from the branch with a knife — the branch itself is not eaten.
• Eat a piece as it is: chew the comb to enjoy the honey, then keep or discard the soft wax.
• Serve on a platter with dates, cheese, warm bread or Arabic coffee — a beautiful centrepiece for guests.
